Age of consent could drop to 16 Prosecutors oppose Idaho legislation aimed at lowering age of sexual consent
A bill aimed at lowering the age of sexual consent in Idaho from18 to 16 would lead to “teen pregnancy, STDs and danger for Idahogirls” according to the Idaho Prosecuting AttorneysAssociation.
